Chris Barrow — Chief Executive Officer
Chris Barrow has over 20 years of experience in software, technology and services sectors. As CEO of EagleView since early 2008, Chris has helped build one of the most exciting, dynamic companies in the technology sector. Prior to EagleView, Chris served as CEO of a publicly traded technology company in Orlando. He has also served as Executive VP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for several companies in the US and Asia, including senior sales and business development roles at SITEL, 3Com and Compaq.
John Polchin — Chief Financial Officer
John Polchin is a seasoned financial executive who has operated in both venture-backed and public company settings for over 20 years. His background includes day-to-day management of financial organizations, development of merger and acquisition strategies, and capital market initiatives. Most recently John was the Chief Financial Officer - Alternative Energy for a Fortune 500 developer of power assets. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer for several technology companies engaged in the software, media and e-commerce sectors.
Chris Pershing — Chief Technology Officer, EagleView
Chris Pershing, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, is a senior engineering manager with more than 15 years of experience in applied physics and software engineering. Prior to founding EagleView, Chris held a variety of engineering and development positions at Philips Medical Systems, Microsoft, and Veeco Instruments. With his broad technical background, he pioneers the software and systems behind EagleView. He holds a MS in Physics and a BS in Engineering Physics, both from the University of Arizona.
Stephen L. Schultz — Chief Technology Officer, Pictometry
Stephen Schultz is the co-founder of Pictometry and serves as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer. Schultz designed and developed the underlying technology for Pictometry’s patented systems, including the flight planning, field capture, and end user software - Electronic Field Study™. He served as a member of Pictometry’s Board of Directors from 1998 to 2011 and currently oversees all of Pictometry’s technological output.
Robert J. Locke — President of Government Sales
Robert Locke is President of Pictometry Government Solutions. In this position, he is responsible for the growth of Pictometry’s leading business segment worldwide. Locke oversees government business development, manages a national sales force focused on municipal, county, state, and federal sales, and is responsible for customer relations as well as growing the Company’s international business.
Dave Schultz — Senior Vice President of Application Operations
Dave Schultz specializes in production operations, contact center management, and product design. Prior to EagleView, he served 12 years as VP Operations for a national insurance carrier and also a Fortune 500 homebuilding and mortgage lending firm. At EagleView he is responsible for domestic and foreign production operations which include the Customer Service and Client Relations Groups. Dave earned an MBA from Golden Gate University in California.
Frank Giuffrida — Senior Vice President and Chief Engineer
Frank Giuffrida is the Senior Vice President and Chief Engineer at Pictometry. He is credited with designing Pictometry’s image capture platforms. In his role, he leads all engineering and software development operations.
Heidi Ellsworth — Vice President of Contractor Sales
Heidi J. Ellsworth, a graduate of University of Portland, has been working in the roofing industry since 1993. Having held positions with Malarkey Roofing, Carlisle SynTec and EcoStar LLC, Heidi is best known as the founder of the roofing focused marketing firm, HJE Marketing. With responsibilities for overall marketing for EagleView, she also leads the sales efforts for the construction industry.
Rishi Daga — Vice President of Commercial Sales
Rishi Daga has more than 15 years of sales management, direct sales and client relations experience. Rishi is currently a vice president at EagleView and is responsible for client relations and sales for the insurance sector. He joined EagleView in 2008 and prior to that held multiple senior executive positions across companies in the US and Asia including Webhelp, HyperQuality and Reliance Industries. Rishi holds an MBA from IIT, Stuart School of Business.
Scott C. Hill — Senior Vice President Operations
Scott Hill is the Executive Senior Vice President of Operations and Production at Pictometry. In this role, he oversees flight planning, processing and customer technical services.
