Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm M-F
Education/Experience:
- Ability to manage high stress, timed based, detail intensive support assignments
- Well-organized, dependable, self-sufficient, and be able to work independently
- Must have strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong familiarity with Windows 2000, XP required
- Experienced with the use of MS Word, Excel and Access (Office 2000 or higher). Database familiarity a strong plus.
- Basic experience with networking and Web including TCP/IP preferred
- Knowledge of Imaging and GIS systems are desirable
- Previous interaction with government and private industry is helpful
- Must work well in a team environment
Job Description:
The Pictometry Customer Technical Support representative is responsible for providing technical support to Pictometry customers and fellow employees on the use of Pictometry products and solutions. This support is primarily done over the phone, and little or no travel is expected to be required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing quality technical assistance to all levels of computer users (Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP) and will be able to learn computer applications thoroughly and quickly. This position is for an opening in an existing Customer Support group.
