Pictometry MatchPoint API
Pictometry MatchPoint API makes it possible to identify the location you’re looking for in the U.S. and then bring it to life with 3D-like imagery and views from all angles. MatchPoint is the marriage of Pictometry Intelligent Images® and First American’s extensive parcel-based address geo-coding. First American’s growing database currently consists of 90 million parcel-based addresses and is the largest database of its kind. Pictometry’s image library aligns with the database providing imagery for more than 70 percent of the populated United States.
Pictometry Image Library
Pictometry Image Library is best suited for customers whose needs focus on a single geographic area. With Pictometry Image Library, a database of imagery is provided to customers for storage on their internal servers. Imagery for particular areas (counties, corridors or project areas) is licensed to Image Library customers along with seats of Pictometry’s proprietary desktop software, Electronic Field Study® (EFS). With EFS (or with an ESRI extension) users can have unlimited access to the imagery that matters most to them.

Pictometry 3D Platinum
Pictometry 3D Platinum provides Pictometry’s highest level of detail and accuracy in 3D modeling. Our models use precise texturing and occlusion algorithms to place high-resolution oblique imagery on wire frames. Our wireframes include roof structures, spires, overhangs, inner courtyards and other features which are often left as blocks in other models. As a result, the Pictometry 3D Platinum product produces a truly life-like model. Available in multiple GIS or visualization model formats.
Pictometry Catastrophe Program
Pictometry Catastrophe Program can providebefore and after oblique imagery of a region affected by a catastrophe to users involved in damage assessment, insurance, claims, utilities, mortgages and more. This program is made possible through the utilization of existing Pictometry imagery which currently covers over 70% of the U.S. and is continually updated. Pictometry then captures “after” images on demand following a disaster. Imagery is processed and delivered within days of the event.
Pictometry Custom Shoot
Pictometry Custom Shoot is for customers requiring a custom image capture and specific level of detail. A custom shoot can produce image resolutions as low as 2” per pixel as well as horizontal and vertical accuracy per customer specifications. When updated, these custom image libraries provide users with valuable information about property changes overtime.
